What we do with your information, why, and how to get it back or have it removed. Last updated 7 October 2026.
This notice explains what Muse Aesthetics Training does with your personal information. Muse Aesthetics Training was previously known as White Rose Training Academy, and our academy is at Itchenor, West Sussex.
The data controller is Muse Aesthetics Training Limited, company number 17282281, registered at New Barn, Mudberry Lane, Bosham, Chichester PO18 8TS. If you have a question about anything here, email bookings@museaestheticstraining.co.uk or call 07915 377621.
We only collect information you give us. We do not buy personal data, and we do not track you around the web.
If you register as a training model, the form invites you to tell us about allergies, medication or past treatments. That is health information, and the law treats it more carefully than the rest.
We ask for it so a trainer can decide whether a treatment is safe for you, and we only use it for that. We do not have to be told it, and you can leave the box empty or tell us in person on the day instead. If you would rather we deleted it after your session, ask us and we will.
We do not sell your information and we do not share it for anyone else's marketing. We do use a small number of suppliers to run the site, and they only process your information on our instructions.
When you first visit, we ask whether you accept analytics and advertising measurement cookies. Until you choose, nothing is loaded from Google or Meta. If you choose Reject, no analytics or advertising cookies are set.
If you choose Accept, we use Google Analytics 4 (Google Ireland Limited and Google LLC) to count visits and see which pages and enquiry forms work. It sets cookies called _ga and _ga_ followed by an identifier, and sends Google information such as the pages you view, your approximate location and your device type. We also use the same consent to measure how any Google adverts we run perform. Google handles that information under its own privacy policy.
If you choose Accept, we also load the Meta Pixel from Meta Platforms Ireland Limited, which runs Facebook and Instagram. It sets a cookie called _fbp and tells Meta which pages you view on this site, so we can measure how any Facebook and Instagram adverts we run perform and, where we run them, reach people who have visited. Meta handles that information under its own privacy policy.
The only other cookies we set are the ones that keep you logged in to the student portal. Without them the portal cannot tell who you are, so they cannot be switched off while you are signed in.
You can change your choice at any time with the button below. Choosing Reject also removes the analytics cookies this site has set.
Enquiries and interest registrations are kept for two years from your last contact with us, then deleted. People often ask about a course long before they book one, so we keep them long enough to be useful and no longer.
Student records and certificates are kept for seven years after you finish, because awarding bodies and insurers need us to be able to confirm a qualification years after it was issued.
Training model records are kept for two years from your last session. Any medical notes you give us are deleted within three months of that session, because we only need them to plan the treatment you attended.
If you ask us to delete something sooner, we will, unless we are required to keep it.
Some of our suppliers store or process information outside the UK. Our email is sent through servers in the European Union. Where information goes outside the UK we rely on the safeguards UK data protection law requires, such as an adequacy decision or the International Data Transfer Agreement. You can ask us which supplier holds what, and we will tell you.
You can ask us for a copy of the information we hold about you, ask us to correct it, ask us to delete it, ask us to restrict how we use it, or object to us using it. Where you gave consent, you can withdraw it at any time, and where we hold information electronically you can ask us to send it to you or another provider.
Email bookings@museaestheticstraining.co.uk and we will respond within one month. If you are not happy with how we have handled it, you can complain to the Information Commissioner's Office at ico.org.uk or on 0303 123 1113.
We update this notice when what we do with your information changes. This version was last updated on 7 October 2026.
